What I do for Self-Care: Martial Arts Training (Krav Maga, Filipino Kyusho); Reading – mostly things that are NOT related to therapy or self-improvement because that gets overwhelming; Artwork- iron-on T-shirt stuff, glue gun projects, and random fabulous things; Exercise in general, including lifting weights, calisthenics, very slow jogging (trudging); Numismatics and exonumia; and Cooking.
