CAPS staff members include fully licensed clinicians, psychology interns, practicum students, and administrative staff.
CAPS provides training opportunities for psychology interns and practicum students in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, and social work. These interns and practicum students practice under the supervision of a licensed clinician.

Issa Bagayogo, MD, PhD

Biographical Info
Dr. Issa Bagayogo is a board-certified general psychiatrist. He received his MD degree at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and his PhD in neuroscience from Rutgers Graduate School. His practice philosophy is promoting recovery through personal empowerment.
