Meet Our Staff

CAPS staff members include fully licensed professionals, postdoctoral psychology fellows, and administrative staff.

CAPS provides training opportunities for postdoctoral psychology fellows seeking licensure and advanced students in psychology, counseling and social work.  These early career professionals and trainees provide counseling to clients and practice under the supervision of a licensed clinician.

Favorite Quote: “Things don’t really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together again and fall apart again. It’s just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.” – Pema Chodron
What I am Happiest Doing Outside of Work: When I’m not working, I’m happiest being outside, playing with my dogs, and catching up with friends and family who live far away. I’m almost always working on a creative project of some kind, usually with mixed results. And I love working on puzzles. Puzzles are so underrated.
