Join us for this four-part rotating series on managing stress & anxiety. You will learn how to identify your own anxiety as it arises, and explore some early warning signs, triggers, and ways of coping. Join for as many lessons as you would like – come to one or all. This workshop is led by a graduate student CAPS.
